I actually think Milotic is the best serpent we have. It matches the royal eloquence I always imagine sea-serpents having.

Gyrados has the cool kite theme going on and I love how oriental it looks, not my favorite but I respect it.
Fug Would be cooler if he incorporated more of the Quetzalcoatl theme
