Much better. There are a lot more sync pairs available, sync grids to further customize sync grids by giving them unique builds, more story content, and the Battle Villa which makes great use of your powered up sync pairs.

tried pulling for Red at least 7 times, got 3 5* on his focus banner, one of which was regular Elesa, evolved Ethan's Cyndaquil into Typhlosion. then I remembered why I uninstalled this game and it was because my favorites were 3* freebies and they would have never been as good as premium 5* sync pairs
don't waste time on this game

Fan feedback has been listened too. As a result, a powerful 3* has been introduced. As well as the rewards system being better, EX challenges being easier and a new single player mode for this who want a challenge.

3 legendary events have happened, with a rerun on the way

More 5*s, more story chapters, MC has a Torchic, and Paulo is being mighty suspicious.

Much better, biggest flaw right is the grind though. Unless you have stuck around, you'll be spending way too much time trying to level up a single character to max.

Yeah there's a lot of cool new stuff but if you weren't enjoying it when it came out you probably won't enjoy it now.

I enjoy it now, but it's still a grind unfortunately. If you're used to mobile games it shouldn't be that bad I guess, there is a good amount of content in the game now.
