What is cute, besides babies, is without shoving it in your face (Phanpy or Azumarill for example), same for the cool ones (Scizor).
The dex has a good balance of cool, cute, silly and ugly too.
It's such a shame that they're so shit for the most part.
Alola would come next, then Hoenn imo.
