Imagine... Gen 9 is literally perfect and we can all just collectively refer to 6-8 as the peak soulless period in Pokémon’s lifespan and get along again.

But I genuinely and honest to god think XY is good. Had a lot of quality additions that made the game enjoyable like the PSS, Amie and training, the dex despite being small was really nicely designed with simple colors and ideas, reminiscent of gen 2, the OST was good and quite calming, the Pokemon available made the game more interesting and replayable, the customization was the best out of the three that had it, etc.
