Some day this Pokémon will get the evolution it deserves. It’ll probably be two years down the line though. It’s the red headed stepchild of gen 2 that everyone including TPC want to keep forgetting about. It’s Delibird. I leveled my five IV Delibird to 100, and gave it a bottlecap to top off that last missing best stat. I did the math and no combination of perfect EVs seems to make it viable. The stats are utterly terrible, of which I’d say is still worse than pyukumuku. Terrible moveset. It’s signature move present is unpredictable and can actually heal opponents 50 percent of the time. At BEST I’d say it’s able to set up a trap once since it’s so slow as well. No evolution so it can’t use eviolite either.

So two questions here. What would it’s evolution improve on Delibird?
