For one, the top half’s color scheme for their markings and inner mouth depends on what bottom they’re on, Draco giving red and Arcto giving blue. Arctozolt obviously has its little snot drop, and Dracozolt is electrifying Draco giving its meat a yellowish glow. Not to mention Dracozolt can grow feathers (but not a full wing, mind) while Arctozolt can’t.
The vishs’ meanwhile are more subtle but still exist. Dracovish’s mouth hangs open and has very short fins, while Arctovish has much longer fins and keeps its mouth more closed. Also despite having its head upside down, it’s eyes emote as if the markings on its forehead was its face.
They’re interesting little details that a lot of people seem to overlook.
