wonder launchers are a good idea except they used the absolute fucking worst items. why the fuck would you ever allow a max revive in multiplayer
it should be all the single status heal items, regular X items but not the stupid auto +3 shit, and a revive if you spend all your points
and then custom ones like one that sets a one turn screen, one that acts like endure, one that acts like snatch, etc

Gen 5 multiplayer had a mechanic where you got some currency every turn that you could exchange to use items in battle. It sucked because you couldn't turn it off in local battles and it wasn't well balanced at all.
