what's the point of the wild area besides beta testing a proper sandbox?
pokemon don't even act like animals, they don't form packs or nest, they don't look for food or fight each other, they just walk around and maybe chase you
the weather system is artificial as fuck, the scenery is ps2 tier, constant framedrops, the level design is NINTENDO HIRE THIS MAN.
We could have got actual dungeons, better routes and better cities if they didn't waste money on Amity Square 2.0
