Most pure stallmons. Chansey, Blissey, Toxapex, Ferrothorn, are all pretty good in competitive, but mediocre to terrible ingame. You usually want something that hits hard and can outspeed most things in the game.

Stall is perfectly fine in game, it's just boring as fucking sin because stall is complete and total overkill for anything an NPC would ever dare to throw at the player.
