The problem I have with May's gen 3 design is that her legs are literally thicker than her stomach. I like the toned legs to show the adventurer/traveler aspect of her design, and it's a good element of character design from the older gens, but her stomach is too disproportionately thin in comparison and a bit unrealistic. It just reeks of adhering to a beauty standard of tiny, thin girls/women with flat stomachs, which doesn't make much sense on the same body as the thick, toned legs of a physically active adventurer. Roxanne's Gen 3 design is a bit similar but not quite as noticeable. As
