Do you think the 3DS online system will shut down and lock all the Pokémon from Gen 7 and prior on those system forever?

actually it shut down a year after the 3ds came out. but to be fair, that was because the servers became too expensive when a company bought them and raised the leasing price.

i can see the people on twitter already. "you can already catch those pokémon in SWSH/ultra diamond and ultra pearl/let's go to johto/etc, you don't need bank to transfer them"

Check /hbg/'s OP post from /vg/. Follow the tutorial to get custom firmware, get a save manager and backup your games. Take sd card out, open files in PKHex, edit and restore it.
