Who are, to you, the funniest/most amusing Pokémon? Even if a design isn't necessarily meant to be funny, do you personally find it funny? Are there certain designs you acknowledge as funny but just don't like despite this?

For me that's Carkol. The jokes surrounding its goofy appearance were certainly worth a laugh but the design itself really is awful even if its intentionally comedic.
