I'm not much for /vp/'s demands of 100+ new mons in every regional dex because it's shallow quantity-over-quality thinking that robs effort and makes it harder to give everything the attention it deserves, but a region without anything new to add flavor to it would also be pretty gay. Give me a handful of well-designed mons to shore up holes you can't fill with existing shit and spend the rest of the effort on giving them lots of personality and variation, do the same for older mons, too, even if it's just popular shillmons at first.
And also build a region worth exploring and learning about so it doesn't need a sheer amount of garbage shoveled into its dex just to stand out or be memorable. I'm tired of the garbage we've gotten since Unova.
