I don't think it's an exaggeration to say that Chewtle is the single worst design in the entire series.
Even people who defend gen 8 can't defend Chewtle.
Even people who love Drednaw and turtles in general hate that it has to evolve from Chewtle.
It's like a parody of what a genwunner thinks modern Pokemon look like.

I think Chewtle is one of the worst new designs but for some reason I like how it looks in the anime. The proportions almost feel more justified compared to how awkward the bobblehead is on the ingame model

It doesn't. Thunderbolt / Quick Attack / Iron Tail / Electroweb is his current moveset and he's had a consistent 4-move rule ever since AG.

It used to have Volt Tackle (which was fucking sick btw) and once he learned Electroball in BW he never used VT again. Then it happened again in SM. He learned Electroweb and ditched Electroball
