you can sneak past most of the first few enemies and once you get inside you can get 50+ attack weapons off the wall
from there you need max health and max stamina items for healing but it's not hard to get through with some patience and lots of saves
the bosses have a lot of health but again you can make shitloads of full heals easily
bomb arrows fuck ganon up
you can get melee hits in too because the ganons' melee attacks are heavily telegraphed and you can jump out of the way
what i missed from zelda 1, and the better zeldas like MM, lttp, lbw, oracles was getting new options as the game went on. shit like rods, bombs, hookshot etc could be used in combat to beat or evade enemies, so you were rewarded for being creative with them
botw barely has any of that. you get almost all your options right away. from hour 1 to hour 100 you shoot arrows and fish for flurries to kill anything
that's the progression i miss
