Why are most pokemon trash while others like lucario are good?
I know legendaries are supposed to be OP so they can't be used regularly for example in the battle towers.
But why are all the other pokemon trash? Why give them trash stats and trash move pools?
Basically it means they don't have a use unless you use smogon autism to sort them into tiers.
