Make it a new OP ability. A combo of protean, stance change, and regeneration. Really, all (or most) legendaries should have OP signature abilities. These Pokemon are supposed to be overpowered, right?

Hardly available, not to mention many of them are also near useless or just copy-pasted among a trio. They need to straight up get unique abilities or are least existing abilities that make sense with a particular Pokemon's lore.
