Acerola also has a happy go lucky aura about her so she probably doesn't care too much if she smells; being an orphan would probably lead to her not having as many opportunities to bathe as often as other Alolan girls. The worst (or best depending on your perspective) smells Acerola would have would be her crotch, followed by her feet, her butt then her armpits.
Acerola's thighs/crotch would smell the worst because of both the unkempt clothing plus the dark dress she wears that would trap heat, making those areas of her body hotter than they would be otherwise,those two areas are also a cramped space with lots of rubbing and grinding going on as she walks to and fro. Acerola's feet would smell due to the heat but also because she very likely doesn't own any other pair of footwear and wouldn't clean her sandals either which would constantly be trapping the essence of her sweaty feet within the insoles on a constant basis, and her feet would sweat a lot while not having socks to trap it within too. The ball of her foot would be the worst followed by the toes, soles then heel. Acerola's butt smells for the same reason her thighs and crotch would but to a lesser extent. There isn't nearly as much grinding going on back there when she walks and that that part of her body doesn't sweat as much. The only hope of it truly smelling worse than any of the above were to be if she weren't particularly good at wiping her butthole after she did her business. Acerola's armpits wouldn't smell too bad as they're relatively free compared to the other body parts listed, there's no clothing to trap any heat or smells and it would be easier to air out her armpits throughout the day.
