I mean Sawsbuck at least has a usable BST/movepool/abilities. Maybe not competitive material in most tiers, but it's very comfortably usable in-game/vs. friends or randos, unlike delcatty.

Regional Skitty/Delicatty caught in a turf war cat fight with Glameow/Purugly which turns Skitty pure Ghost after Glameow becomes Fighting. Then Delicatty becomes Ghost/Fairy to take advantage of Purugly’s Fighting/Dark type change.
