Regular 5 star raids have guaranteed 4IVs+. Wild Area Event raids have guaranteed 5IVs+.
Lets go Eevee and Chu have 6IVs guaranteed.
You have mints and caps to fix your Pokemon stats. You have the time and date exploit to potentially create your own 6IV Ditto raid (or any type of raid). Or you could browse around for a 6IV Ditto raids on here or other sites. If YOU really wanted to breed your own Pokemon, searching and begging for a 6IV Ditto shouldn't be stopping you, honestly.

If I restart my LGPE game in a different language and catch an in game high IV ditto will I be able to transfer it through home and have a high IV foreign ditto to masuda method through or will it know? All the foreign dittos in that one link trade room in SS consistently have 1-2 or less IVs.

I've tried something similar and the Masuda Method should work in that case. As long as the Pokémon are from two different languages, the method should work regardless.

i got there, then lost 6 games before i got a win in Master rank (you have to win against a Master player in ranked battles for a certain ribbon) and went from 14k standing to 42k standing, still no demote.
