the skrillex hair lets you know she's impulsive and immature. a child her age spent most of her life growing her hair out. choosing to shave it off in order to chase trends, presenting a manufactured look of rebellion, is a sign of her extreme immaturity and psuedo-nihilism.
same with the leather jacket. she doesn't know anything about motorcycles or happy days or whatever, she just thinks leather jackets are cool. it's the most fake attempt at appeal possible, a little girl wearing a biking jacket.
