They then CONTINUED to make their games for children, Masuda scared shitless that RS were going to tank, that children weren't going to want to play it, yet it still didn't stop him focusing on children when making it, instead of chasing the adults. And it sold. What other points is he supposed to take other than "we can make the games for children still and adults will come along and buy it to play also" Win-Win, the ultimate goal of any dev, to have a game that organically covers all demographic markets, while only catering to one so you're only bothering about one in development.
