The best starter Pokemon, hands down. A simple, appealing, and iconic design with no other bullshit like human themes. I miss when starters were like this.

It’s the constant overexposure they give to em, while I enjoy Charizard getting love it’s genuinely unfair how the starters don’t get similar treatment, hell Blastoise and Venusaur basically get the short end of the stick despite being recognizable mons as well. And they just ignore the starters Johto altogether. It’s honestly disappointing.
