>>43104713Literally has more pokemon available than any before, at about 600~
So yeah, you're paying for more and getting more.
>>43101006Not an assumption, based on what we know of the DLC (At least one new Battle Facility, two large explorable areas, TWO extra post-game stories on top of the one in the game already with their own legends, and a Rival to accompany and battle you) - From this we know that objectively (see: no debate to be had about this) SWSH will have the largest post-game to date.
Will even have over 600 (thats about 3/4 of the entire national Dex) catchable in one game with no transfers required, compared to the highest totals of past gens of about 450.
Battle Frontier is not even comparable to the amount of playable post-game content in SWSH, which previously would have costed $80-90 anyways due to needing to buy a second version of the game for the comparable "third version" content. Unless you're going to disappoint me and pull the fucktarded "b-but what about the people who wait to only buy the enhanced version!!!" arguement, even though the majority of the franchise has existed with this not being even predictable choice for consumers. (Platinum through to USUM for example, two straight Gens and almost a decade with no traditional enhanced versions that people claim they wait for.)
So, yeah. I know its fun to act like the sky is falling and Game Freak are the new Bethesda and whatnot, but the arguements against the DLC fall apart pretty fucking quick if you use your brains.
