Its pretty much what you said, "How thinly veiled it is." You just don't go up to a cop and say "I'm going to go smoke a whole bunch of crack, eat my nutsack pigfuck" but if you do say "I'm going home to get a little buzzed, would you like to join?" then its okay. I mean sure, both of them end up with you getting high as fuck, but at least one won't result with a batonening from the police officer, or their superiors.
That; and macro/micro content that is not specifically fetishistic is not against the rules since its considered canon to the game series, however if its presented in an obvious fetish light, then it really depends on who is online or not and their own personal preferences. What you put in is what you get out essentially, and its not exactly black and white like some of the newbies here think it should be. I mean if we start banning discussion on macro/micro content, then we're no better than Smogon.
