Of course at first you won't be able to last the 3 hours non stop, nor walk fast or anything.
Just take breaks, take your time and walk and walk.
Then eventually you will notice you are more agile, so that's when you start taking less breaks, walk a bit longer.
Keep it up and don't stop walking. Even if you eat trash shit, your calories will be reduced and consumed, so you won't gain much weight if at all.
