In the strange ending for "The Giant Woman!" (if you're male), then the MC cries out that his girlfriend is in the pokeball. River will then say "It's touching that you can treasure a Pokemon as much as you would a girlfriend."
Of course with the female protag it's the exact same line but with girlfriend swapped out for sister, so it's not really an explicit implication that he sees the Pokemon as your girlfriend but it's one conclusion you can come to.

Funny how much effort went into the movie stuff that was never utilized in later games. Movie enemies could've been the template for bosses like Lusamine Mother Beast.

About 8 months ago I was playing Black 2 to clear all the movies. Really fun little sidequest activity, but no joke - every single movie has some sort of fetish. Every single one. Lots of transformation, bondage, giantess content, hypnosis - you name it, its in one of these films. I wonder if they were able to be more risque about it since it was a side thing.
