Her stats just need to not be complete dog shit. Froslass is my second favorite mon and it pisses me off how shit she is.

I mean Froslass has a number of good factors going in her favor. Her support movepool is diverse and her speed tier is solid.

It's kind of funny, despite the dexit cutting down on power creep a little bit, I'd still argue that Froslass was more viable in Gen VII than she is in Gen VIII. SM had more OU mons running around that were x4 weak to ice, so there was actually a slight reason to consider running Froslass over another support mon. Sure, not having to worry about megas and z crystals is nice, but she didn't really get anything worth talking about in the transition either. Maybe I'll use her again once we start to get Garchomp and the genie of healthy metas back in the dlc.

Damn, I thought it got HJK or something but it looks like people still run Toxi with Low Kick and Drain Punch, this frog deserves a break.
It's always bizarre to me when I see a fighting type that doesn't get either Close Combat or HJK, it feels like every fighting type should get one of the two.

Shell Smash only helps stuff like Cloyster and Polteageist who can threaten with their movepool. Torterra doesn’t have Ice/Rock 125 BP attacks, nor does it have Stored Power/Power Trip.
