>>43127654>>43127638Not advocating following my advice necessarily, but I taught myself to draw by straight-up tracing artwork- not just eyeballing it- and using it to learn how things work in context to one another, how fabric folds around the body, what kind of proportions and poses are natural-looking, etc.
There's so many tutorials and resources out there though. Check /ic/ for the resources- the board is worth it just for that, but not much else. I believe they have a bunch of those really good "how to draw manga" books available to download as well. But if you did want to learn the drawing basics (anatomy, colour theory, composition and so on), though, there will be resources there for that too. I wouldn't really recommend posting, though. We'd probably be more helpful here if you wanted any advice. Good luck with your art, both of you!
