>>43140042But unlike a third version, you're not saying to anyone who already bought the game they have to BUY THE GAME AGAIN, JUST TO EXPERIENCE THE NEW CONTENT. That's why third versions sold sub-9m, while even a GO-clone remake can blast through 10m sales, because remakes are of out-of-print games on obsolete hardware, third were same-gen remakes.
Now there's the DLC, anyone wanting thee full experience needs to buy game+DLC (normies love tht, no need to buy THE SAME GAME BUT SLIGHTLY DIFFERENNT just to play the new added content) and you retards get the better deal, getting whatever the latest patches and whatnot applied to your game the first time you boot it up. A third version wouldn't have "fixed" Galar, beyond what they generally do with a third and fix bugs, tighten mechanics and add new pokémon and a select few new regions - all of which the DLC is doing anyway. Really, you've nothing to bitch about, considering you were likely crying for USM to be DLC for SM back in the day.
