It could be a solitary ninja frog, a playful ninja frog, a lazy ninja frog, etc. If anything it's a themed Pokemon done right, unlike Incineroar and Inteleon, for example. With those two there's no room for interpretation and/or imagination, you're to believe and accept that ALL Incineroars are smug heels who like to boast, and ALL Inteleons are smooth secret agents. That's when it becomes problematic, it takes away the charm of raising what you feel to be your OWN starter, instead of a caricature.
