Gastrodon is relatively popular in VGC right now, and more importantly Togekiss with Follow Me. As an Inteleon user I can say that turning the dmax move into a snipe shot is fucking huge for the guy. Spamming life orb dmax hydrocannon is a very fun hyper offensive tactic. The problem is that Intelleon has kinda shitty coverage that makes it get walled by water types for days while Gastrodon just shuts it down. So this effect solves one of the problems, I'm pretty hyped for this.

I assume Gastrodon has storm drain anyway because nobody uses the other ability in doubles, which I don't even remember right now. And as incopentent as GF may be, they do know a thing or two of competitive, and they like to showcase shit like this in competitive focused videos.

G-max Inteleon is the only one people will use in VGC. It’s already decent there for Snipe Shot, whereas the others don’t benefit at all.

Seems good for the lizard at least.
Once heatran returns cinderace will kind of appreciate it, though I guess it'd rather just HJK.
Can't imagine rillaboom getting any use out of it. I guess at least it won't be redundant when its HA releases like max grass is.

Inteleon is the best as far as animation goes. You'd think it'd have little movement because it's a sniper but man they went all out (like what was shown in concept art stuff in the older direct).

You will much rather hit every Flash Fire user with Max Knuckle or Max Darkness, and Max Flare has a better effect. Not that Cinderace is any good in doubles.
