Nah, Return sucks because Normal type sucks. Best damage move is Steam Eruption. Too bad only Volcanion learns it.

This. Even resisted, these moves have ridiculous benefits with zero draw back. Even defensive pokemon with 30 offenses will be spamming these moves. I guess you could also argue uturn/volt switch too
