>>43147594Oh, now that I think about it, that kinda thing happens to Ash alot, the writers need to get rid of a pokemon so they shove it off to some weird "training" ground so that in case they want to bring it back they can, Greninja has to protect an entire region by itself and Goodra is suppose to protect some grove,too, even now his Squirtle is still with it's squad being firemen right? and his Pidgeot left to protect it's flock,too it's a shame because as soon as they leave Ash just stops caring because the writers stop caring. I don't think he ever mentions his own species of pokemon when he encounters another either outside his Pikachu
