>>43168738The inconsistency in this shit is mind boggling, Thunder/Hurricane/Blizzard being 70 makes sense because they work with weather, but then why are Fire Blast and Hydro Pump 85 and 80 respectively, surely since it can burn Fire Blast should have the lower hit rate and that 5% should be on Hydro Pump to make up for having nothing extra.
And then you got shit like the physical variants, Megahorn and Power Whip not getting nerfed while still having 85% accuracy. I mean shit they even have Gunk Shot sitting at 120/80%, which makes sense, it's trading 5 accuracy for a Poison chance, exactly what Fire Blast should be doing.
And whats Focus Blasts excuse for the 70% with no weather to relate too, that shit dropped at 70% back when they all had 120 power.
It's weird cuz a lot of type variations of moves are fine and consistent, but the 'high power at the cost of accuracy' moves are in such a weird mess.
