What's the point of this shitmon? Does anyone actually use it?
What's the point in creating a fully evolved Pokémon without at least ONE base stat over 100

it already learns bug type moves cause its based on a butterfly fish, so give it quiver dance
it apparently has bioluminescence, so give it dazzling gleam
its now usable

Sure Lumineon needs buffs, but stats aren't everything. Do you think Clefable is a shitmon?
Lumineon could do with moves like Quiver Dance and Tail Glow along with Dazzling Gleam for coverage and it can play a decent support role or sweeper on rain teams.

Honestly? It could use an Evolution. It has 450 BST, 5 less than Magneton and 5 more than Golbat. Give it a boost to speed, special attack, and HP, along with smaller boosts to attack, defense, and special defense, give it Quiver Dance and Dazzling Gleam, and it could be good. Magnezone and Crobat both have 535 bst, so that seems a good spot for it.
