Base Stats- 100/40/89/90/120/91

Ability- Swift Swim, Water Absorb

Hidden Ability- Bioluminescence

Notable Moves- Dazzling Gleam, Recover, Scald, Life Dew, Aurora Veil, Quiver Dance, Tail Glow

*Bioluminescence- Increases the power of light based moves by 30%

prismatic laser

that's literally all the light based moves that exist
most of them are signature moves
the only one lumineon gets is dazzling gleam

Shuckle gets an evolution. The evolution's stats, type, ability, and movepool are irrelevant. All that matters is Shuckle getting access to eviolite.

That ability is just Punk Rock but worse.
If you're gonna add a downside instead of an additional upside, might as well make the power increase bigger.

Because Huge Power is only on shitmons and would be OP on anything else, so they needed to make an objectively inferior version to give to a mon with better stats.
