Rattata, i would say pidgey if it was any of the sprite games though, 3d fucked over pidgey's and pidgeot's shiny hard (not pidgeotto though, he's still good).

Oshawott, but early in January.

2 more Oshawott via MM in Ultra Moon and a 2nd Cranidos via fossil SRs in vanilla Moon. On hiatus for Archen in Ultra Sun with the latter method along with Tirtouga in vanilla Sun.

A bit torn between the two, but probably Rattata. I've actually gotten a random one back in 2015 in Alpha Sapphire while DexNaving for Deerling.

Either. Vague plans of building a shiny dex (few family lines completed as it stands) so either would be another for each family (got a pidgeotto and raticate already).

whats the overall fastest shiny method? is it still magikarp swapping in usum? that seemed so fast for me to do a lot in games that are post gen 5

Fastest method would probably either be wormhole shinies or poke radar shinies.

Wormholes are the worst offenders actually... literally gives freebies every 20 minutes.

Rufflet with its Hidden Ability through SOS chaining.

Although I'd be pleased with both, and already own both of them, I'd say Rattata, since Raticate's one of my favourite Gen 1 Pokemon.

best endgame content in 3ds games is probably usum and to still have megas n such its pretty nice for certain shinies. xy / oras are fun but not enough to do after finishing. Ive been wanting to get back and wonder boxes seem nice for breedjects

playing old games seem good to cause it seems like everyone is still soft reseting for shit they like in playthroughs

Spent most of yesterday SOSing caterpie, shiny finally showed up after some retarded number of calls (kinda forgot but felt like 400-500). And because I hate myself, I'm now SOS'ing Feebas and going back to my pony hunt on Sword.
