Just played through SwSh and I gotta say it feels like they're building for a return to Sinnoh. That Eternatus battle feels synonymous with a battle with one of the gigantomax pokegods on top Spear Pillar. Giratina's energy from the distortion world can easily be causing the dynomax phenomenon and with Crown Tundra being released as a mountain wild area and the footprints of the creation trio having them called the crown trio before platinum was released and people were speculating Giratina's relationship with the other two. The fact that they're only releasing dlc this year makes me think they're spending the bulk of their resources building the remakes.
All in all, I am stoked to return to the greatest pokemon story of all time (t. a kanto boomer)
