They're both bad and you have terrible taste. Rillaboom is the only worthy starter in this gen.

Rillaboom is not a starter. It looks indistinguishable from any other ape Pokemon you'd find in the wild.

If it wasn't a starter and was just a normal Pokemon instead, no one would bat an eye.

Inteleon and Cinderace may look weird but at least they're sorta interesting. You can actually have an active conversation about them either positively or negatively

Rillaboom has a okay design but it's by far the most boring of the 3. It's nearly impossible to talk about the damn thing without people immediately losing interest

Actual fact: It's too early to judge any of the starters, or any Gen 8 Pokemon for that matter because we haven't seen them in action yet. All we have right now are the designs at face value, and ever since the series went 3D (and in some cases before), Pokemon have a lot of quirks and gimmicks that the games are unable to convey. So designs can't be taken at face value anymore.

Cinderace and Intelleon are both worthy of this gen because this gen fucking sucks just like them.
Rillaboom deserves to be in a better game. Not a good game, but a mediocre one that's as forgettable as it is.
