It's not so much that the anime omitted it, it's more that the manga decided to include it, which in my books makes me think the manga author should be giving ideas to the anime staff. Not like it'd be hard to do three different stills with Charizard/Greninja/Alola mons and that would make a lot of people happy.

I'm all for underrated picks but why was his Unova team so fucking ugly? They picked all the shittiest middle stages (Pignite too iirc) in a gen that has Excadrill, Scolipede, Galvantula, Chandelure, Bisharp, etc.
