Gen 1 Misty is always interesting to see how your current team gets around Starmie, unless you bring Ivysaur and ruin the fun. Gen 2 Misty is my favorite look for her and is nice ugly duckling reversal (outside of that actual official art dead stare, I guess!), but she's a speed bump. Good choices, just too few and too weak, would be cute to see her again.
I honestly don't remember anime Misty very well beyond that I usually found her vanity entertaining. I did find it odd that she ended up being the Psyduck/Staryu girl for so long with water being one of the most populous types, but I guess so many of them were water-bound that there were not THAT many options. Corsola was a perfect choice. Odd that she didn't have an "arc" with a Pokemon until leaving after THREE series on the show, though.
