I think a Focus Sash is the preeminent item for Dugtrio, even for ones running Endure. Choice items and pinch berries are also good options.
I have an Alolan Dugtrio set with Endure, Memento, Reversal, and Iron Head. Kinda built to be a momentum-grabber. Very fun.
