Hone Claws is ass, theoretically it makes your Dragon Rush more accurate but Outrage is more powerful and already had perfect accuracy anyway.

Dragon Dance is nice but you can't break Toxapex or Ferrothorn at +1.

I'd go Swords Dance, you need to be at +2 to 1HKO Toxapex with Earthquake.
I hate Toxapex so very, very much.
