>>43198786I haven’t played a Pokémon game in a long time but I picked up Shield recently. Both gyms I’ve beaten I one-hit every thing in the gym with Corvisquire for grass and Thwackey for the water gym.
I don’t remember the older games being that easy but I was a kid when I last played.
This game also dumps Pokémon types on you, I had nearly every type by the first gym. I thought they were usually a bit more stingy with the options that early.
