As long as the game considers the Pokemon you made legal (so no level 1 shiny Neganadel with Roar of Time) then it should be transferable into Bank, and then into Home. This video shows that hacked Pokemon do work in Home, and then into SwSh

How does Shiny Black/White Kyurem work? Does they both need to be shiny before the merge? Or is it just one? and is it a specific one that needs to be shiny?

The dominate pokemon determines the shiny in this case Kyruem and Necrozma have to be shiny if you want the shiny fused form

But then the trade never gets to fruition, I need to be in a specific part of the game to make trades? I just got the Y-comm and tried to make the trade but the pokebal keeps spinning and nothing, tried link and code, and even surprise trade and still nothing

Why are the trading options so limited in SwSh and Home? You can't seem to specify what Pokemon you're looking for in the former and you can't search to see if someone is looking for a Pokemon you may have in the latter.

I could have sworn I saw a Shiny Hunting General somewhere but perhaps it died. My question has to do with Breeding, though.

No, you're mixing chaining and breeding. Look up the differences between them, since only chaining benefits from doing the same encounters and breeding has a fixed shiny rate
