Rework the breeding system so that male-only Pokemon can breed and be hatched from eggs without Ditto and attain Egg moves.

Remember that stuff like shared prevolutions between seemingly-related Pokemon like Tauros & Miltank, or something like the ability for Mandibuzz to produce Rufflett is only a very species-specific fix, thus don't really count.
