Miasma

Poisonous fog that has a chance of damaging 2% max HP or poisoning or badly poisoning each turn.
Damage increases to 4% if already poisoned and has a chance of badly poisoning. If badly poisoned, field damage increases to 6%.

-Poison and Steel types are immune
-Safeguard nullifies effects
-Psychic Terrain and Sandstorm cancels the effects

-Slightly boosts ghost moves. Night Shade damage is raised by 20%
-Somehow reduces super effective damage on all Ghost types. However the effect doesn't promote Wonder Guard to nullifying Dark or Ghost moves
-Warps area traps to attack user (think Court Change except can't be reversed while in effect)
-Free Nightmare on any opposing Pokémon put to sleep during this effect..
-10% chance of opposing Pokémon being paralyzed with fear, causing a lost turn.
-Rattled users activate every turn this is in effect.

This one already exists in Gen IV games. It just lowers everyone’s accuracy. It could definitely be reimplemented and improved, though, as well as have other ways besides Defog of clearing it.

Based on the real life phenomenon where spiders rain from the sky in Australia.
Raises the power of bug moves by 1.5x, and lowers the power of psychic moves by 0.5x.
Every mon that isn't bug, steel, or poison takes damage every turn.
Some mons get an ability that raises their speed or power in angel hair, as well as granting immunity to the damage every turn. Kinda like how sand and hail abilities work for mons that aren't already immune.
