>>43206238Real talk: it's somewhat viable in Rain. Not that that warrants actually burning a slot on Rain Dance, but accurate STAB Hurricane from base 125 Special Attack is not to be sneezed at. It'll also get Weather Ball when it returns in the Crown Tundra DLC, and can still chunk or even eliminate Steel-types with Fire Blast in Rain.
Hell, Rain Volcarona was a thing in Gen V and it didn't even get STAB on Hurricane.
