Sevii Islands were a waste of potential. There is literally nothing to do in them. If they came out in a game today, /vp/ would complain about the lack of content like they did with ORAS or USUM.

Playing FR pretty close after Yellow, I thought the first three islands were nice in that they added a little bit of length to a pretty short game, and I think the Team Rocket plot extends to 4 and 5. 6 and 7 were at least fun to explore too, even if there really wasn't much to do on them.
